During planning and implementation of a lesson, I use formative and summative assessments to monitor, adjust, and re-teach. Marrisa quickly learned and thoughtfully incorporated cooperative learning activities that aligned with our district’s requirements for the use of Kagan structures. She has a natural understanding of instruction, timing and the flow of the lesson that enhances student learning. Technology is used by Ms. Bell regularly not only to aid in learning for the whole class but also to meet the needs of special education students with dyslexia for reading accommodations. -- Cooperating Teacher
